Why can I not add my fertility markers ? It used to work and now I cannot. ### 2/5 — Some issues and no way to contact support *2026-03-19, version 13.0* 2026 update: I can no longer track fertility. Nothing on that screen is working. In addition, when I want to send a report, the menu to share via messages, email, etc. doesn’t load correctly so while I can usually get the data where I want it, it is kind of a crapshoot. And the option to send feedback is gone so I can’t even report a bug. Very annoying. I’ve been using this app for 17 years and have been happy in past. Hopefully the developer will at least read reviews. 2021: I’ve been using this app for about twelve years now and have come to rely on it to keep all my info organized and on hand. There have been a couple of glitches over that time, but nothing that was not resolved with updates or help from support. However, latest update needs some serious fixing. Every time I open the app, I have to log in AND all my settings have reverted to default. All my data is still there, but every single setting preference is gone. This needs to be fixed. It’s beyond annoying because all the reminders are reset to default as well which makes them useless. Please fix this problem! I’m a long time lover of this app and right now, I’m nearly cussing every time I open it. ### 3/5 — Pros and cons *2026-02-24, version 13.0* It glitches too much and the custom entries on the first page of overview disappears anytime theirs an update to the phone or app. I like the detail of the entry features otherwise. All of a sudden, it’s real confused. It’s saying my average cycle length is 19 days (which isn’t at all true), so my next period estimates are way off. It also doesn’t adjust my fertile window anymore. I can’t find anywhere to submit feedback, even though it says under FAQs “Please submit suggestions via the feedback link under Settings.” There is no feedback link. I’m very disappointed, and may have to switch the apps I use if this isn’t resolved. ### 2/5 — Review *2025-03-31, version 12.10* Good data tracking but there seems to be glitches. Every few times I open the app, I have to re-log in. When doing do I have to re-set all of my labels again. I can’t always remember them so it screws up my data. They didn’t even provide a month’s advanced notice. No option for a life subscription either. Now suddenly I have to log in with my AppleID and agree to an intrusive privacy policy in order to use it. I believe I had to purchase this app to access full features and have had no problems with it. In fact, this app is very accurate with predicting my next cycle. However, I woke up this morning with a pop up that even this app will have ads or stop my access to certain charts if I don’t buy a monthly subscription. What will be the difference between the Lite version and this one then? It’s hard enough being a woman and having to deal with a menstrual cycle. How much more money do you guys need so that I can track my periods in peace? I’ve already paid to use this app once. I will not keep dishing out money. I opened it today and saw “subscriptions”. I feel that this is a sick trend in general. But it’s also insulting to be asked to do this after paying a one time fee initially. If it comes down to paying the subscription or losing access to my 14+ years of data. I will gladly watch it burn. That’s not how you give thanks for the love. Paid for it! Now the fertility tracking doesn’t work and the feedback option to reach out for support is gone. So frustrating and disappointing! I know I initially paid something for it, before app subscriptions were a thing, and you could buy an app with a one-time payment. I think you don’t know your audience well. I bought this app outright because I wanted to support a service I loved, oh well. Old review from 2018: Really love this app! I have used it religiously for over 5 years when attempting to get pregnant, having failure in getting pregnant (showing my doctor what I have tried to obtain a fertility specialist referral ) plus tracking my cycles while going through miscarriage, fertility treatments and attempts at conception naturally. Not to mention this app transitioned me through a pregnancy, return of my cycle and trying again for baby number 2. I had no defects, problems or use with this app. Completely reliable!! I am still using it and rely upon it completely for tracking periods, ovulation and planning. Really easy to use and modify for your own use. This app tracks menstruation cycles, optimum ovulation, moods, weight, basal temp, "love dates" and any meta data you desire to track when things happened and when. I have used it to back-search data for when I took shots or took specific tests. I found it invaluable in when going back to the doctor for information they needed about outside specialists or dates on when things happened.
