If a product is unavailable or not fresh, they even call you and ask if a replacement or credit is preferred. The UI is a WIP, however, very user friendly for my parents. The app is easy to use, they also notify you when the order has been delivered, the produce is really fresh and the team gets in touch with you if they have substitutions or questions. The prices are very reasonable, they continually expand on what they offer and are open to hearing from you and adding new products to the inventory. Best of all, you save a lot of time and hassle going to the store in person every week. The closest one we found was a 20 minute drive, and still didn’t carry half of the stuff we would usually get from these stores. We got a brochure on iPerkz in Mail one day, and we placed our first order the next day to test the waters. To our surprise, not only did the quality of the products was excellent, but these guys have everything and more you could ever think of to buy at an Indian grocery store. The customer service is unbelievable, we get our groceries delivered the same day, and everyone is so pleasant to work with. I’ll never go back to Edison or any other place in person to purchase Indian stuff. I can’t wait for these guys to expand into hot food industry as well. It’s so sad to report out how my opinion has changed them in the last 12 months. The quality of produce has gone down significantly especially fruits. They miss to send you the items, and don’t even follow up. If there are items not available, instead of crediting your original mode of payment, just keep those balances on your iPerkz account, which is so absurd. What if I never want to buy from them again? Again, I think they started off with a great concept, but lost credibility and ethics along the way.
