Unreal!!! You can’t even set up automatic payments to avoid these charges. Try to make payment but it times out. They are intentionally doing this to steer you to make a phone payment for more fees on payment. So in general this company is a scam and trash. Average time of 4 minutes waiting for the spinning to stop and the dashboard to appear. The company wants payment, but there’s no place in the App to put in CC Info, and the App will not take payment unless CC Info is in the App??? GET REAL ### 1/5 — This app is terrible *2025-03-27* It, without fail every single time, takes a minimum of 3 minutes to load after signing in. Sometimes it’s even longer. I wouldn’t care about that if they’d just add an auto pay option. It’s 2025, why isn’t there auto pay?? This is the company my insurance uses, so unfortunately I don’t have any other option besides mailing in a check every month which at this point, would probably be less frustrating. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-03-05* Extremely slow and inefficient. The website also doesn't work for a mobile phone. You have to get on the phone with an operator to even figure out how to do anything. I'm tired of companies farming out all of the work for a simple flipping payment to their customers, refusing to create functional software so that the simplest task takes an hour out of your day to conduct.
