WHY is there no "blur background" or. "pop" option? Even in the existing blur filter you can only adjust the amount of blur but you can't adjust the size of area to be blurred. Frustrating...

It was a great app but now when I choose photos on collages it kicks me out of the app all of the time when I press ‘done’

Wanted to 'erase' an imperfection in photo, but no 'retouch' option, as I have on my laptop.  Editing this on an iPad.
