Went to my physio today and loved the idea. Works well and great videos.

App has helped me heaps.
The my details section is a great idea always forget when I get injuries and what it is. My physio made me a program and I am working on it. Usually forget how to do the exercises or lose the sheet after a couple of days. This is prefect as I get the best of both worlds.

I always had a lot of trouble remembering my exercises but recently my physio started to use the iPhysio app, I love having the list of all my exercises and the videos are great reminding me how to complete them.

Works perfectly with iPhysio. Was able to get my Physio to send me my exercise program. Videos worked well and was able to print my program out as well.
