The app Never remembers my login credentials, this is a super simple feature that every other app I have does. Makes me not buy tickets.  On top of that their booking fee through the app is ridiculously expensive, especially considering the frustration you go through to use this crummy app.
I could increase their profits by 10% if they would spend a few dollars on the app

Aside from the below average UX it is not possible to capture credit card information because the state is a required field, is supposed to be automatically set when the ZIP code is entered, but since only the city is set when the ZIP is set, and not the state, the form cannot be submitted because it fails client side validation.
