### 3/5 — Bitte aktualisieren!

Inhaltlich für meine Bedürfnisse sehr gut aufgebaut. Die Handsätze und das einstellbare Tempo sind super. Die Benutzerführung und die Play-Along-Instrumentensounds sind altbacken, aber das kann ich verschmerzen. 
ABER: Einige Funktionen wie der Menüpunkt Info und die Übungsstatistik kann ich nicht nutzen, weil das Programm auf meinem iPad dann sofort abstürzt. 
Ich kann mit der App trotzdem gut lernen und würde sie wieder kaufen. Daher finde ich es trotz der beschriebenen Altersschwächen gut, dass sie noch im App Store zu finden ist.
Schön wäre natürlich, wenn es eine technisch aktualisierte Version gäbe! Dafür würde ich sogar noch mal Geld bezahlen, denn inhaltlich wird hier eine Menge geboten.

I would have given this app 5 stars, but there are several typos in the written material. The information and lessons are still good. The typos make the app look rushed and unpolished. I would expect that a developer who is selling a paid app, would take the time to edit their material, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

### 3/5 — Leider auf dem iPhone besser als auf dem iPad

Tolle App, um Schritt für Schritt das Cajonspiel zu lernen. Besonders mag ich die Übungsbeispiele, zu denen ich Bass, Klavier, Metronom und Cajonsound einzeln zuschalten kann. Auch dass ich die Geschwindigkeit regeln kann. So macht das Üben Spaß. 
Nachteil: Auf dem iPad passt der grüne Balken, der über die Noten läuft, nicht synchron zum Sound. Am iPhone tritt das Problem nicht auf. Hoffentlich wird das noch nachgebessert.

Ich setze diese App seit 4 Monaten ein und übe seit dem nicht mehr mit anderen Unterlagen (Bücher oder CD‘s).

Durch permanente Wiederholungen mit einstellbaren Sequenzen (Dauer, Tempo, Musikbegleitung) trainiert diese App sehr zielgerichtet und systematisch die Spielfertigkeit und das Hörverständnis für den Rhythmus.

Scheinbar sehr einfache Schlagfolgen zeigen bei langsamem Tempo auf einmal Tonunterschiede zwischen rechter und linker Hand und bei höherem Tempo die bpm -Zahl bei der die Präzision nachlässt, also das eigene Leistungsvermögen.

Also Dinge auf die man sonst eher nicht gezielt aufmerksam gemacht wird.
Erst das Spielen auch der scheinbar einfachen Übungen ist daher wichtig.

Die Auswahl an Rhythmen nach den Grundübungen ist sehr groß, gut nach Themen geordnet und ist für mich als Anfänger ganz sicher noch die nächsten Jahre Übungsgrundlage.

Sehr schön sind auch die Addon -Übungen bei denen die eine Hand z.B. den Schellenkranz oder einen Besen spielt, die andere den Cajon - Rhythmus.

Ich möchte in 2019 in die 1/16  Spielweise einsteigen, diese App hat mir sowohl gezeigt wie weit ich davon noch entfernt bin, aber auch mit welchen Übungen ich dahin kommen kann.

Als Percussion- Spieler auf „geübtem Anfängerniveau“ für verschiedene Gruppen ist diese App auch ein Nachschlagewerk für evtl. passende Rhythmen zur Begleitung.

Für den sehr geringen Preis ist die App „geschenkt“, der Leistungsumfang aber sehr groß und  hat in kurzer Zeit meine Spielfertigkeit verbessert.

Für mich ist sie eine große Hilfe.

I’m pretty pleased with this app.  All the basics are there along with a ton of beginner friendly drum grooves.  It’s fun to play along with but I wish there was more control with the instruments like a mixer setting. I haven’t quite figured out how to use the testing mode but overall I’m very happy with this app and how much it has taught me to play the Cahone.
