## What is IPO Scout?

IPO Scout brings Hong Kong IPO information, calendars, alerts and personal records together.

TRACK OFFERINGS
Follow IPOs from rumor and filing through hearing, subscription, listing and beyond. Review offer prices, subscription multiples, key dates and published allotment information. Data is for reference; check official announcements for the latest details.

CALENDAR & ALERTS
See subscription opening and closing, allotment, grey-market and listing dates in one calendar. Add IPOs to your watchlist and set alerts for supported events. Push notifications require system permission.

ESTIMATES & ANALYSIS
Explore cash and margin-financing estimates, allotment probability references by application size, and break-even calculations. IPO Scout Pro adds custom strategies, monitoring and subscription analytics. Estimates are not actual outcomes and do not guarantee returns.

PERSONAL LEDGER
Log applications, broker accounts, actual fees, allotments and trades. Review realized P&L and your records. Sign-in is required for the ledger and some personal features; some analysis features require an IPO Scout Pro subscription.

MORE TO EXPLORE
Use your watchlist and browse community ratings. Where available, check personal allotment results through the registrar.

IPO Scout provides information, record-keeping and calculation tools. It does not place IPO applications or trades for you and does not provide investment advice. Investing involves risk. Verify details with issuer announcements, the exchange and the registrar.
