I can’t book shifts or earn money. Rubbish ### 1/5 — Can another alternative be created? *2021-05-14, version 3.0.0* I have downloaded and deleted it multiple times per day. The previous one was consistent and had no issues with it for months. ### 1/5 — Access and download *2021-05-10, version 3.0.0* I have to remove and download multiple times, I have lost count. Sort It Out ### 1/5 — It’s totally rubbish sometimes *2020-12-28, version 2.8.0* This app needs update. It’s started from good to worse. I believe it’s getting worse whenever it’s updated. About 6 years ago you can actually view your payslips on the app, but now instead of improving it got worse. The old app is better than the current iPoint app. There’s no option to refresh when looking for shifts. The only added improvement is the option to submit timesheets. The iPoint app is becoming harder to find a shift on iOS devices. It’s meant to get better not worse. They should have kept the old design then add more options to it, but the redesign don’t seem to work properly. I have complained about this so many times but with no changes. It’s better looking at the days in different colours to differentiate each days on the app when trying to book shifts. ### 1/5 — Dreadful *2019-09-03, version 1.8.0* Dreadful every time they update it it doesn’t work properly! It freezes and the navigation menu disappears. The only way to rectify the problem is to delete the app and even then this doesn’t always resolve the problem.
