Buttons at the top of the screen are blocked by the front facing camera of the iPhone X-16 models.
I assume this app is no longer being supported unfortunately.

Must have if you have Sonos.  I am so tired of scrolling thru apps on my phone to turn vol up or down.   Can ask scroll through favorites but I have found I need to limit it to just a few favorites or I just get annoyed at switch time.       So far any problems have been fixed by iOS updates not app updates.  The app is just for setup.  It is the physical button that is pure gold.

Had this for a while now (my old review is the only 4 star one)  and it used to work ok but spent an hour trying to make it work, just doesn’t. Flashes all sorts of lovely colours but are all meaningless. Mine flashes lovely and white but has zero effect on the speaker. Everything looks perfect in the app, latest firmware, right speaker all that. Help docs are useless , just tells you what happens in their ideal world. 

Don’t buy one, you’re better of burning your money. Absolutely livid at the rip off this is, the app should be removed from the App Store. It’s disgraceful this is a total waste of money

Its a $5 piece of plastic, nothing special at all. I am hoping to return this thing. It will not connect after at least 50 tries. It’s a challenge now and I’m afraid I have a $160 piece of garbage.

Was excited for this to work but crashes every time I try to set it up..returning it! Come development team fix it!

I can’t get it to set up. Phone app crashes. Tablet app gets through the install and the clicker still doesn’t function. I tried hard reset from the instructions and now it won’t even get halfway through the install. It’s a piece of trash.

I am unable to use the remote as it’s not compatible with IOS 14. Nothing seems to be happening with a fix so a expensive piece of plastic sitting doing nothing. 

It’s highly unethical that they are continuing to sell the unit knowing full well it’s unusable for the majority of people.

"Sonos recently updated the security of the Sonos Sound Platform to version 10.0 on January 22nd 2019.  In some cases, xPRESS Keypads with older firmware (any firmware older than v1.4.0.18) will need a quick firmware update to maintain functionality.  
Simply press and hold Play/Pause button and Volume Down Button for 10 seconds. Let the keypad blink purple for 30 seconds until the purple goes away and you are all set.  Or, use the App to perform a firmware update in the Keypad settings page."
