This app does not work at all.

Use the web interface, this app is so difficult to use it’s unreal. Won’t connect to device all the time, won’t switch ports on/off, and doesn’t allow you to enter the device up manually

Aviosys提供のDDNSを使ったリモート操作も正常に動作しました。アプリのデザインが昭和ですが、質実剛健ということで、ある意味プロ向けの工業製品ぽいと前向きに評価しましょう。
