I was luckier than some, in that I stumbled across the app when it was offering the “lifetime” subscription for free. Unfortunately its a free ticket to see nothing, as the app never gets past the “pay me” screen. Apple shows the purchase of “lifetime” completed, however the app does not function. It also would not work when I purchased a weekly option. In short - just find an app with established, positive reviews. I made the choice, the app said my purchase is successful and sends me back to the same “pick your option“ page. Unfortunately, from there I cannot get past the Continue button. It is frozen. I’m hoping the developer can fix this. I am using a 15 Pro with iOS 18.5.
