I recently had a small issue with the app and got a resolution to the issue within a small amount of time. I love the fact that I actually talked to a LIVE person. You don’t get that these days. I truly would recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2018-09-19* The app has many settings and is a great idea but barely works. I upgraded to premium to control spin time. It doesn't work. It takes between 7 seconds and 15 seconds while set on 3 seconds. We ran an event with 32 choices and half of the choices never landed after 60 spins. Many of the same ones hit over and over and over. This app is barely worth $.99. The upgrade is barely worth $.50. That's $20 I'll never get back. **Developer response:** Attempted to resolve the issues described and could not duplicate. Customer cut off communication quickly and seemed more determined to get refund than troubleshoot. I too have noticed it gives a "roulette" sort of spin and have had to give away more than 2 times the amount of expensive items vs inexpensive ones, so I appreciate the option to upgrade to a version that "weighs" the amount of times you want to give something away. That being said, I feel that a $19.99 upgrade for that 1 option is extreme so have chosen not to do so, yet, when I open my app to run a campaign the entire app is BLANK and all of my Carefully Created Prize Wheels and imported logos are GONE!!!!
