The Quality Measures Reporting portal is a clinical data repository used for automatic registry reporting of clinical outcomes and quality measure data required by pay-for-performance metrics. The application collects the required measures for SCORE/AQI. This Module automates what has previously been a time-consuming data collection and reporting process allowing quality auditors and other hospital staff to merge our data with other departments into a hospital-wide quality reporting system.
