If the intent is the power of making a promise to do 7 minutes of yoga everyday for 3 months, why not include a simple tracking mechanism on how many days have been completed, and how many more left to go? ### 3/5 — A Frustrating Start *2016-01-06, version 1.1* Mark is an inspiring instructor, and I was lucky enough to attend a recent workshop with him which led me to this app. The practice is great--quick, easy, and grounding. A great start to the day! But, the video is not cued well--the narration doesn't transition well from one pose to the next, so you're playing catch-up instead of focusing on your breath and movement. That is frustrating and inhibits the flow of the practice, so I think it's taking a bit longer to learn it. That said, I'm almost there and glad to be doing it! ### 3/5 — Good practice, not worth the price *2015-08-10, version 1.1* I saw mark talk once and he is an amazing man. I wanted to check out the app and learn this practice. It's a great practice and I recommend that part, but the whole app is one, pretty poorly constructed app that includes only one video that you could probably see on you tube. It doesn't seem to qualify as an app to me and I was left feeling a little ripped off for paying for a YouTube video. Support mark, but maybe if it were .99 or had some other features it would be more worth it. ### 3/5 — Amazing before iOS7 *2013-10-22, version 1.0* The video no longer works which is essentially the app. Luckily I had been doing the promise months before iOS7 was released, so i have the routine memorized, which is life-changing. This simple app guides you through a beautiful, gentle, flowing practice appropriate for all body types and levels of ability. The only thing that would make this app better would be a tracker showing when you began the promise and your consistency through the 3 months of recommended daily practice. However, I should note that this is a practice for every single day. For the rest of your life. As simple as brushing your teeth and taking a shower. ### 5/5 — Great Yoga for your everyday practice. *2010-07-08, version 0* After attending Mark's workshop in Esalen, I purchased this application. I was delighted to find that it contains Mark's "7 minute" yoga routine that is designed to be done everyday. I have been using this app every morning and I feel great!!! You don't need to be flexible or athletic (trust me, I am not).
