It didn’t work. It worked just fine on another entry. I needed to make so it it’s not my passport nor my phone.. Get an error message everytime. Surely you can test an app properly before sending it out into the world. Whether I enter the booking reference or scan the barcode. Perhaps it doesn’t support apostrophes in surnames - and we are in 2024. No option to report the issue. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry you've been having issues with finding your ticket. The app should certainly support apostrophes in surnames although we've found that some phone keyboards use a different characters for the apostrophe than the one that was used at the time of booking. Doesn’t load. Also I read the terms and conditions. They don’t encrypt or mention at all how the biometric data is stored - and the fact the terms are riddled with spelling errors isn’t giving much hope. At this time, iProov.me only supports one user per device, however we value your feedback and will consider this for future releases. It does require that the user understand the document they are using. The NFC chip is commonly located on the back page of the passport. Holding an NFC device to a biometric passport logo Is a common mistake. This will likely result in the failure of the identity verification process. ### 5/5 — Fantastic and fast experience *2024-07-03* I was able to skip the peak time queues in London with this handy little app. If only they had it working in Paris. ### 5/5 — A total breeze *2024-02-29* I thought this was great! Under 5mins and it was all done. Just scan in the relevant items, add a booking reference for your ticket and that’s it. Looking forward to skipping the queues 😀 ### 5/5 — Can’t do without it.. *2024-02-29* Wizzed through the ticket gates, UK passport exit check and then I was taken in front of the queue for the French PAF passport check.
