No guide, channels, nothing! I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, signing out and back in and nothing works. Other apps work but I bought this one because it had all I wanted. Still crashes from time to time and recordings do not playback. Looking forward to a bug fix for this on the next update. Ich bin total begeistert von den klasse Funktionen. Läuft auf dem IPhone sowie auf dem AppleTV perfekt. Die Downloadfunktion ist sehr gut und die Synchronisierung zwischen den Geräten funktioniert bisher auch einwandfrei. Please help and reply ### 3/5 — Great Base *2023-05-16* This app has a high ceiling. I would however like to see added: 1. A TV Guide feature 2. A feature that allows users to set the frequency for which the app loads channels -This way it wouldnt take too long to load each time the app starts. 3. There are a few bug, that necessitates restarting the app. This in addition to the loading wait time can be very unpleasant. ### 4/5 — EPG not uploading on Apple TV *2023-04-07, version 2.4.3* I gave it a try but it was a big disappointment. I was interested to see the Catchup functionality and EPG display: in fact, no EPG was able to be uploaded from my provider, nothing, tried to enter the link for EPG tens times, it was chunked, or not read, no information to be brought to the live channels screen. No option to update the EPG only, not all the list of channels. On the catchup the program information ( EPG line) disappears on the big screen, no shortcut to show you what you are watching. Nice look, but big lack of functionality, witch is a shame for a paid app. They are free apps doing the job well. Big disappointment. L.E: I had big expectations, yes, it was a problem with the link for EPG, it got chunked, after several tries, finally I got the EPG uploaded. In the mean time I found a problem when I try to forward on the Catchup, it doesn’t work more than 10 secs or so, it can’t be forwarded further. The developer mentioned that this is a bug on VLC ( the player) and they are working on it to fix it. With all these said, I will change my first rate from one star to four star for the app itself and ten stars for the prompt reply of the developer 😉 Later Edit: still EPG issues, not loading only on this app, on other apps EPG working fine. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Needs better guide *2026-04-18, version 2.4.9* I really like this app, but the guide is a huge vertical mess, and the guide for adding additional streams for multi-view is even worse. The developer is horrible and doesn’t even respond to questions or requests. ### 1/5 — Sehr schlecht *2025-07-07* Dafür dass die App ständig hängenbleibt, ist es eine Frechheit Geld dafür zu verlangen. Mittendrin bleibt sie hängen, die Lautstärke geht plötzlich weg oder die App friert komplett ein, sodass man sie komplett schließen und wieder öffnen muss. You’d better have an alternative player or else you are in for a bad experience. The live tv plays well. Also there is no FF or REW in movies or tv shows. It’s not worth even 0.99 cents. You cannot hide the channels in the categories. So you have to deal with duplicate channels and other unwanted channels. The developers DO NOT RESPOND YO EMAILS. THERE IS NO TV GUIDE LAYOUT.
