Download the Partners App IPRUTOUCH! The purpose of this Partner App is to provide Mutual Fund Distributors with a simple way to manage the various Mutual Fund accounts of their clients.
 
With the help of this Mutual Fund Distribution software, empaneled distributors (MFDs) can easily maintain contact with their clients.
 
In addition to helping their clients invest in mutual funds in the most efficient manner possible without requiring any paperwork, MFDs can also help them manage their transactions, business, meetings, and teams much more effectively.
 
The app's salient features include:
 
1. Simple Registration: Simple Registration on the App: MFDs can quickly register with their PAN, email address, and ARN code, thanks to the app's simplified registration process.
2. Bulk Transactions: Bulk Transactions: Transactions can be initiated for up to 10 schemes at once.
3. Edit SIP – This eliminates the need to cancel and re-register the existing SIP. For any changes to the SIPs that are currently in operation, use our Edit SIP feature.

In other AMC platforms, there is an option to modify SIP or switch SIP, but in this app such an option is not available. Also, zero folio details are not showing. Please add these features for a better user experience.

The IPRU Partner app is highly unreliable. For the past several days, it has been showing my AUM as zero, which is completely incorrect and misleading. I raised the issue via email with detailed screenshots, but no response has been received till now. Neither the app nor the web portal reflects the correct data.

As a registered Mutual Fund Distributor, I rely on accurate and timely updates to serve my clients. This kind of negligence affects trust and business. Very disappointed with the service. If ICICI Prudential can’t maintain basic functionality for partners, it’s time to reconsider working with them.
