Aplicación Móvil de IPS te Escucha en la cual Usted a través de su Buzón Digital podrá realizar sus Sugerencias, Agradecimientos, Consultas y Reclamos. En donde deberá ingresar sus datos para que sus consultas sean respondidas por el IPS. Además del Buzón Digital usted podrá hacer sus Denuncias desde esta aplicación donde pone a conocimiento del IPS, de una conducta posiblemente irregular, cometida por funcionarios o por terceros, que se constituya en indicios de hechos punibles y que afecte exclusivamente a la gestión de la Institución, a fin de que se realice la correspondiente investigación administrativa o penal que correspondiere. Su identidad será protegida, de conformidad a lo establecido en la Ley Nro. 977/06 "Que aprueba la Convención Interamericana contra la Corrupción" Así también encontrará la localización y teléfonos de los establecimientos de la entidad. La APP incorpora la opción de establecimientos, en donde se podrá visualizar el detalle y disponibilidad de medicamentos y horarios de médicos de los diferentes establecimientos de salud del IPS tales como Hospitales Regionales, Unidades de Salud y Clínicas Periféricas, además de datos generales como dirección utilizando mapa y teléfonos disponibles. Asimismo las reservas de citas médicas para diferentes especialidades, la consulta y la eliminación de los mismos. Posee la opción de confirmación de citas a través del pin de MI IPS. La verificación de la existencia de medicamentos en las distintas dependencias.
