They said it is not their responsibility because the initial survey came from swagbucks. GPS location services were on for both my phone and the App. However, my store location did not show up. Tried everything including logging out and back in several times. This panel is a gateway to other surveys and spam emails that really give next to nothing in return. A person should not have to spend hours unsubscribing to the numerous emails this app generated. Only for them to stop for a month or two and then suddenly start up again. I am on my second round of unsubscribing for 4 days now. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-02-17* Always says that my username is incorrect ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2019-02-01* Tried to sign up but there is nowhere to do it. I'm not sure why I even have to search for it. It should just be saved to my profile, noting I was already accepted thru the first screening part. Now I won't be paid for that survey!! This is the second time this has happened to me. The survey disappeared and I’ve gotten no emails with one. I’ve emailed them and have gotten no reply. Miserable app and horrible survey company. I deal with a lot also. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2017-07-11* You can't even create an account, there is no sign up button or anything, there is just a log in button. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2017-06-25* I am frustrated with this app. I have needed to log an entry in the app to qualify for rewards within a survey. Unfortunately, every time I try to make an entry, the app force-closes. I emailed the developer and have never heard back from them. I got about 80% into my first entry and the app stopped working and then crashed. Since then app will start but once I go to try and log an event the app crashes.
