This hasn’t happened before and we’re wondering why so we downloaded the app only to learn that this app doesn’t recognise our street address then tried surrounding streets to find the same result. I only used it be reminded of bin day and to find out any new important information about the bins. It’s perfect for the Ipswich area it has my correct location and always worked perfectly. It never misses a bin day and always send a notification to my phone at the exact time and date I set it for to remind me about the bins. It clearly indicates which bins are out meant to go out each week. There’s also explanation notifications and banners that get set to your device and within the app if something goes wrong with the pick up times and when there’s new names given to bins or if things like glass ect are able to be recycled in our bins. There isn’t an app like this that gives u all the same features and the ease of use for free in other areas of Brisbane. Only Ipswich. If you live in Ipswich or have a house in Ipswich and you need to put bins out I recommend this app for all the information and reminders to do with bin day.
