I eventually give up and go to Ulta instead. I pay more there, but the constant issues with Ipsy makes it frustrating and time consuming. ### 2/5 — It’s not even worth it. *2026-07-25, version 4.3.2* SHIPPING TO CANADA TAKES FOREVER!!!!! OK so I’ve gotten 3 bags from IPSY , the first time I ordered I hated my first bag, waited for the second to come in with better hopes & the zipper was broken on the bag bent couldn’t be fixed, & items inside it still wasn’t worth it. So I cancelled my subscription. Just decided after 2 years to try again, & nope lol, I didn’t even receive all items & when I emailed them they just said oops were mailing that item now and it’s been 2 months nothing. Cancelled my subscription again and won’t try again with Ipsy ever again. You get good deals on the little store however shipping takes EXTRAAA LONG!!! I searched everywhere and thought I had finally canceled this subscription to find out that I was once again charged a subscription fee. This is the 2nd time I have tried to cancel. I find that sometimes the add-on’s offered to purchase after building your box have BETTER options than the items I had to choose from for the box selections. Always end up canceling it because the products are NOT worth 16-18$ a month. What I’m leaving a bad review for though? CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got one month, CANCELLED for next month and it didn’t cancel so they still charged me, and had to cancel AGAIN. Tried emailing customer services but that was an absolute joke. They provide you with the info to contact them but they won’t ever respond to you and have no shame in taking your money. Another side note, I had the app downloaded but it kept telling me I’m not connected to the internet?? Out of 5 products, 4 were from categories I specifically marked as “rarely” — which basically means I don’t want them. A random makeup brush, eyeshadow, lip gloss, and body wash… seriously? It honestly feels like they’re just trying to get rid of cheap products nobody buys. Total waste of money.
