No contact information (besides their email customer support) which in fact doesn’t support much… I’ve updated the application to the latest version, tried refreshing the application internally, and haven’t received a response back after sending customer support my issues. FYI: 95% of these “5 star reviews” are fake.. My internet is 1 GB with 2 devices connected at any given time, so the network is not the problem. It’s funny how the pop-up ads stream flawlessly but the actual show will not. Speaking of the ads… very frustrating when some ads contain no way to exit them. No “hidden X” after a certain time, etc. You end up having to close out of the app and start over.
