Smarters pro can not find my chromecast on my tv

This app worked for me for about 1 month. Now I cannot sign in. App is not working on my LG tv or iPad and I prepaid for 3 months.   Save your money and the aggravation of trying to get this to work. It is very frustrating

Thank you Harry, for all your help. I am so pleased with the actions you have taken when I have had some issues at the start. You have been so helpful in adding certain content to make this more enjoyable and user friendly to use. I am going to enjoy this wherever I go which makes it even better on travels.

I was under the impression that if you cancel your free trial subscription before the free trial ended. I assumed that you would not be charged. I promptly cancelled it because it was not a good idea to purchase something for a year and be on a month to month basis with the provider . I was so wrong about that. The subscription was canceled but they still have a pending subscription charge for it. I have looked and I can’t find any invoices or a confirmation receipt. I don’t understand how apple approves sketchy apps that don’t have a verified customer support page
