Not working
This app worked for me for about 1 month. Now I cannot sign in. App is not working on my LG tv or iPad and I prepaid for 3 months. Save your money and the aggravation of trying to get this to work. It is very frustrating

Poor customer service care and support
I was under the impression that if you cancel your free trial subscription before the free trial ended. I assumed that you would not be charged. I promptly cancelled it because it was not a good idea to purchase something for a year and be on a month to month basis with the provider . I was so wrong about that. The subscription was canceled but they still have a pending subscription charge for it. I have looked and I can’t find any invoices or a confirmation receipt. I don’t understand how apple approves sketchy apps that don’t have a verified customer support page
