My phone had a protective cover over the camera lens and the app couldn’t get a reading. I have since removed the camera protector and the app is working perfectly! I do, however, wish it would work with the clear camera lens protector because I drop my phone often and try to keep everything safe. 1st review I have an iPhone 17 pro max. The app doesn’t seem to work with my phone at all. There is no app support available in the app and no way to contact anyone for help. I guess all it can do is track pulse and it won’t even do that???? My health app and watch do this just perfectly. I cannot find any invoice number or anything but I would like a refund immediately. Or I might just do a stop payment through bank. It also go you into doing a discounted one year subscription and that you can cancel it at any time. There is literally no way to cancel it using the app. There’s no button to push. There’s no link there is no way to do it. I sent him an email to cancel my subscription and no one has replied. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for your experience. Everything else that this app tracks has to be entered manually, but I already track that data in other apps without manual entry and don’t need it to be here too. No free trial.
