The App itself had an update about a week ago and I updated to iOS 11 last night and today I realized that all of my data going back years has been erased. I don’t appreciate this at all. My rating would’ve been five yesterday. I would like to know if there’s a way to get my data back.

I am disappointed that you cannot manually enter your time. I cant always start the clock running for a time entry before I begin a task, for example, taking a phone call. I need to be able to manually enter, or add to, my time entries.  Please add this update. Otherwise, it is not worth the price paid for the app.

I'm a very computer/iPhone savoy person and I could not figure out the user interface. It's very confusing and hard to find the features you want. (If they're there) My biggest complaint is that you can't enter your hourly rate to calculate pay. I wish there was a lite version so I wouldn't have wasted $5.

Great app, I would give this app 5 stars and it would be over the top, if it had an employee field like the clients field,

This app does pretty much everything I wanted it to. I am tracking my work tasks for record keeping rather than billing. My one complaint is that the exports don't include ALL the data. I would specifically like to have the beginning and end times (clock times) of every task included in the exports. I need this to determine total time at work rather than just task totals. It's strange to me that this one piece of data is excluded.  Otherwise it works great. No crashes, easy to edit, easy to learn.

Even tho it wasn't listed as a feature, I assumed that rounding times to 5,10,15 min increments was pretty much standard for a timesheet pgm. I guess it's not. Does anyone bill to the exact second/minute? I bill by the quarter hour. So I'll have to print a report and then manually figure billable hours.
Otherwise, I might have given 5 stars. The interface is fairly easy to use and having comments for each session is very good.

This was one of my favorite iPhone apps, and one that I used and relied on daily. I upgraded my phone's OS to 3.0 and now this application no longer works. As far as I can tell, it is the ONLY app I lost when I upgraded. Text is missing from many of the buttons, can't archive or access old timesheets. Can't even select them to e-mail them to my computer so I can at least access them there. I'm hopeful that the programmers are working on a compatibility update. They should have had one out already. This is a $5 app after all.

I would not recommend this app until they come out with an update for OS 3.0

### 3/5 — Leider wegen Fehler in den Backups nicht zu empfehlen

Eigentlich die beste Zeiterfassung die ich bisher getestet habe. Wäre da nicht der Bug das man Backups nicht wiederherstellen kann. Wenn man das versucht, erkennt die Software nicht die wiederhergestellten Daten und zwingt einen den ersten Eintrag in der Liste zu überschreiben. Auf die Art und Weise habe ich über 2 Monate Daten unwiederruflich verloren. Schade, ich habe das Program jetzt gelöscht. Ohne funktionierende Backups macht es für mich einfach keinen Sinn.

Ok, this is a pretty shallow review, but the old icon was so nice and the new one is aweful. The app does what it says it does. I just can't seem to make myself use it, but that is more my problem than the app. I hate the icon so much I want to remove the app.

Kleine Anmerkungen.... Sekunden nachträglich ändern wäre sehr schön. / Manuelle Nachträglich Erfassung wäre schön / Studensatzabrechnung pro halbe / pro viertel oder pro Std. festlegen wäre auch schön und zu guter letzt... Wenn man bei einem Studenzettel Aufgaben hinterlegt hat und einen neuen Studenzettel erstellt, wäre es schön, wenn die anderen Aufgaben als Vorschlag angezeigt werden würden.... Sonst eine ganz nette und runde Geschichte....

Been using this app for years, I cannot recommend it at all now. I had years of time data completely erased with the latest update. Do not use this app.

This app was good a few years ago, but the development team is no longer available for support. The last update was for iOS 7. Back ups to Google drive and Drop box fail. All time sheets lose their data when upgrading to iOS 11.x!  That was the straw that broke the camels back for me. Time to Move on.

Bei mir verhält sich das App.  fehlerhaft. Warum das so ist, ist mir ein Rätsel. Leider gibt es keinen Support. Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet. Problemmeldungen oder Rückgabe des App.  ist mir noch nicht gelungen.

Where is the settings menu to set up backups? Where do I adjust time values? (minutes, decimals, seconds) Where is the help? Where are the instructions? Where is all the stuff that makes this app useable?

Can't ad in hours maually, I see this as a great flaw. Honestly, go with the cheaper program, it doesn't do hour totals, or pay rates, but it's much more friendly and less demanding. This program is geared more torwards web freelance kids, not any of the other major freelance industries, like video... Oh well... Wasted 5 bucks...

I got this to help manage my time for clients, It is worthless, had 2 wekkes of time sheets and when i sync to my office computer they all disapeared. So i did not save time i lost 2 weeks of records.
I will be deleting it and wish there was a product that was usefull on this site. I rated it a 1 only because there was no lower number, it should be a -5 in my opinion

Wish there was a zero stars.  Not sure how i can even give the ap one star.  Looks like exactly what i needed, except there is not manual (faq is a joke).  Loaded the app, and all it does is bring up the pocketpunchclock image for several seconds and closes.  Nothing else.  Hope that my $10 is feeding someone somewhere on this planet.

Updated while connected to a wireless network with my iPhone.
iPhone restarted during the process
PocketPunchClock had to be updated by itunes, saying could not be downloaded
Updated via iTunes (mdcrashreporter crash of course, I'm used to that), then an error of some sort with a PC like code, and on 3rd try it updated
Tried the new version, all my timesheets gone

This is latest in a long line of things wrong with my iPhone and the OS. What a joke

Ich benutze es auch seit der ersten Version. Jetzt in dieser neuen kann man beim Export sogar ‚Open in‘ machen, was dann ermöglicht, dass ich das TSV per AirDrop in Numbers auf dem iPad oder Mac aufmachen kann, ohne über Mail zu gehen. Wie der Vorschreiber schon sagt, weiterverarbeiten muss man die Daten sowieso, da immer wieder ein anderes Stundenzettelformat mit anderen Daten gefordert ist. Aber mit iPunchclock waren bisher alle Grundlagen geschaffen, und das stabil!

Seit der ersten Version für mein iPhone 3, 4, 5 und 6 habe ich alle Leistungsnachweise bei meiner Tätigkeit als Freelancer mit iPunchclock erfasst. 
   Ob ich per Tagessatz, Einzelstunden oder viertelstündige abrechne,  mit iPunchclock hab' ich immer aktuelle Abrechnungsdaten, für alle meine Projekte an der Hand. Backup: Sicherung und Berichte sind auf dem Gerät, via E-Mail oder in der Cloud verfügbar.
    Ja, ich habe die erfassten Zeiten _immer_ übertragen müssen, da bisher jeder Kunde andere Anforderungen ans Format gestellt hat, was ich jedoch nicht diese App vorwerfe kann.

英語のアプリケーションですが、操作が簡単です。グラフ表示機能はありませんが、それは作者の割り切りで、Google Docsにエクスポートできるので、そちらでグラフを描けば良いのだろう、と思っています。

タスクの種類(Task)ごとに、毎回のシフト(Shift)の開始時刻(Clock In)と終了時刻(Clock Out)を記録でき、コメントが記せます。
記録には、タスクを選んで、緑色のStartボタンを押せば開始、次に赤色に変わったStopボタンを押せば終了。
これが１回のシフトの記録です。

手動で開始時刻と終了時刻の編集は可能ですが、手動でシフトの追加はできません。
一度、ダミーで開始と終了をしてから、時刻を編集することになります。

タスクの固まりをタイムシート(Timesheet)と呼びます。
ビジネスに関するタスクだけを集めた仕事時間用のタイムシート、
週末のアクティビティに関するタスクだけを集めたタイムシート、
などと複数のタイムシートを作成できるようになっています。
タイムシート間の切り替えも簡単ですが、
分けておいた方が、操作が楽になります。

タイムトラッキング（時間管理）に加えて、GPSで場所もトラッキングできます。

Version 1.1.0から使用していますが、まめに更新してくださっていて、バグがでても迅速に対処してくださってるので、助かっています。

Update: Backup to Google is very handy, I don't have to worry about loosing my timesheets if my iphone gets stolen!

 The new export options are great. The summary reports are almost perfect for submitting directly to clients, and the new email export works much better for exporting to spreadsheets, although I started using google spreadsheets to export, edit, then send my timesheets to excel. 

I love this app. As a consultant, I didn't want to get into any cumbersome or time consuming software so I'd often estimate my hours per project, I'd thought generously, turns out my estimates were skinny and I've made my investment into this product back easily. Thanks for keeping it simple. I am glad the developer continues to add new features, without messing up the ease of use.

I'm thinking of downloading a copy om my husband's (contractor) iPhone. Not only because it's so easy, but because it'll encourage him to track more carefully.

ipod/iphoneで勤務時間を自己管理するパンチ時計です。
英語・ドイツ語対応となっていますが、日本語入力出来ます。
タスク・シフトの設定が出来ます。（数店のアルバイトを掛け持ちしている人もOK）
Start/Stopをタップするだけです。
キチンと記録もされます（ソフト画面右上）
メール送信もできるようです（ためしてないのですが、項目があります）
勤務時間の自己管理をしたい方には、ぴったりです。

Ich habe jetzt ungelogen seit 1 Jahr jegliche Zeiterfassung Apps für mich als Service Techniker ausprobiert. 
Dieses App ist nun genau das was ich gesucht habe. Mich hat erst der Preis ein wenig zurückgehalten aber jetzt nach ausgiebigen testen würde ich auch locker das doppelte bezahlen.
Klar findet man in jeder Software kleine Bugs aber dieses App hat wirklich 5 Sterne verdient....Danke!

Compared to all other timers I tried, this one is the best one for me. Simple, clean, no clutter. Allows me to export start and end time, not just total time spent, which is essential to some of the billing I do. And, since the number export format of date and time changed to a plain numeric output, it has become a fast step to prepare the data for import into my billing software on the desktop. The one feature I would like to see is the ability to export as TAB deliminated instead of Comma/Quotes. Love the new icon! And am looking forward to the future enhancements listed.
