The other 9 times, I reinstalled it hoping it would work. I really like the car wash that uses the app but I get reward credits toward a free car wash, the app returns an error every time I try to purchase a wash. There are other self service car washes in town that I can use, so that’s where I will go from now on. The IQ franchise is either a scam or they have the worst IT department I have ever dealt with. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2025-10-21, version 5.2.0* Don’t waste your time. I went to put in a new credit card so I can pay for washes through the app. It declined it 5 X. I had plenty of $$ in my account. Than i checked my bank history and the APP took $2 out for no apparent reason. The car wash is great on itself. The app doesn’t work. The workers don’t care. They’ll make it look like your broke when your not. Tell you there’s nothing they can do. Pour management but excellent car wash. But I cannot log on using either & I have no password saved so it’s possible that I was not able to set it up. Tried again today. Tried to log in as if I had an account but I am not receiving the verification email (no ,it’s not in my spam) so then tried to set up a new account. I am getting “oops - there is a problem” but no explanation as to what the problem is.
