When the app opens, it opens directly into the connection part of the app and just spins and spins and never finds my Solaris. This app and my Babylock machine are on the same wireless network. I can connect other things to my Solaris, but this app will not work. Neither will the Babylock IQ Monitoring app. ### 1/5 — Can’t find Solaris *2024-09-26* APP did not work. Kept resetting my network settings on the Solaris, the APP still could not locate. It looks like the APP is not even supported, last update was 3 years ago. ### 1/5 — Does not work on iPhone 14 *2024-07-20* This app will not connect in my iPhone 14 and my Solaris with 3 upgrades. Apple has assisted me and said to contact the developer. That is not possible through the app. Babylock only offered for me to shut off the cellular service on my phone. That has not worked. So disappointed! It is not on my end because this app works on my iPad. ### 1/5 — Disappointed with the app *2024-07-16* I had no issues using this app on my Babylock Altair in the past with my Apple iPhone 10 XS Max. I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. The app won’t work with my new iPhone. My new iPhone meets the operating system and camera resolution. I’ve tried removing the app and adding it again on my iPhone and sewing machine. I’ve done everything the Babylock product support person told me to do. There has to be a glitch in this app. Babylock has not been of any help… ignoring the issue. This app is long overdue for an update. Extremely disappointed. Rethinking if I will ever purchase another Babylock. ### 1/5 — Disappointed with the app *2024-01-13* I had no issues using this app on my Babylock Altair in the past with my Apple iPhone 10 XS Max. There has to be a glitch in this app. ### 5/5 — Nice *2023-07-23* I really like it with my Solaris it did well and I truly think it depends on your quality of photo and pixels. ### 1/5 — Altair *2023-06-10* Despite having strong wifi signals on both my Altair and my phone it often will not connect. I finally put the app on a new device that has no other apps on it. It seemed to connect with more consistently. But no matter if I’m connected or not, the app often cannot find the hoop. This is not a “technique issue “ as BabyLock support team suggests. I will use it the same several times without issue. Then it will not show the shadow hoop for capture. Or the blue dots in the bar will bounce all over. Or it will count down to 1 only to start over. This has happened even when my device is in a stand and not being handheld. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have recalibrated many times. Sometimes if I walk away and come back a hour later it is back to normal. I feel this app has several bugs and BabyLock is ignoring it. I have bought 4 different BabyLock machines in the past 10 years. I don’t recommend them at this point. ### 1/5 — Connection Woes *2023-03-22* I have a brand new Altair, but i cannot connect to the IQ Positioning. My machine shows an excellent Wi-Fi connection, my iPhone has excellent Wi-Fi connection, but IQ Position continues to tell me that it cannot find my machine! This is so aggravating. I have to delete and try to re-connect so many times to get it to work…in 2 weeks of using my new machine, i have had connection once 🤬 ### 3/5 — Disappointed *2021-11-12* I’m using it for the Meridian. The image that arrives at the machine is always cut off at the top and bottom.
