## What is IQ Mog?

IQ Mog is a calm dual n-back app for practicing how you hold and update information in working memory. Each training block has a clear finish line.

Add IQ Mog widgets to your Home Screen or Lock Screen to see your streak and training time.

HOW IT WORKS
• Follow positions on a grid and listen to spoken letters.
• Tap Position or Sound when a cue matches the one from N turns ago.
• Learn with a guided, hands-on tutorial.
• Let Automatic mode adjust the level as your performance changes.
• See results for position and sound, plus your training history.
• Set a daily goal and optional local reminders.

FREE AND PRO
The tutorial and your first two complete training blocks are included. IQ Mog Pro unlocks unlimited training with weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices and any trial availability are shown in the app and vary by region.

Payment is handled by the App Store. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
Your training history and scores stay on your device. No account is required. Optional anonymous analytics are off by default and do not include your scores or answers.

IQ Mog is a training app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. N-back research most consistently supports improvement on the trained task and closely related working-memory updating measures. Broader benefits remain uncertain.
