You have a customer in your face and they want a refund - it’s not fun to telling them “wait for me to drive home and I’ll get on my laptop later today” because I cannot conveniently void your charge right here at this moment. It’s 2007 with this app. My charges used to go through a company called TSYS and it was so quick, so easy and so immediate via a phone in your pocket. This is most stupid password and send code I ever see like any other apps. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I get canned replies or no response. This has hurt my business cash flow.
