## What is iQ?

Resident app for several Buildings & compounds in UAE. Maintaining the resident connection with his building’s management office for all administrative, maintenance and social issues. Current supporting functions are:
•	Receiving notifications specifically addressed to his building.
•	Receiving notifications related to his own unit.
•	Sending maintenance requests related to own unit.
•	Reporting on general observations related to his building.
•	Sending feedback & comments to management office.
