導入当時は通信環境の問題もあり、苦労もありましたが。
アイカルテセンターの対応や日々のアップデートのおかげでとても使いやすくなっています。提供文書も詳しく簡単に出せる様になり、レセプトチェックも必要十分な機能があるので正しい療養担当規則に則った請求がしやすい様に工夫されています。今後の発展性にも期待しています。

保険請求のルールを熟知していない、レセコン頼りの方には全く向きませんね。そんなタイプのドクターには凄く不評です。
現行バージョンは正しい病名を入力すれば正しい請求が出来ます。
レセコン画面に表示されている項目を根こそぎ全て請求するスタイルのドクターは導入しないべきです。カルテ記載をわかっているクリニックにはお勧めできます。
大手レセコンと比較すると若干機能は落ちるのは事実ですが、定期的に数百万の大手ソフトにお金をつぎ込むより、10万円でバージョンアップ永年無料のソフトを使った方が良いと思います。

保険医ってのは、カルテの入力の仕方一つとっても、やり方指定されてます。療養担当規則上問題になるような入力はこのソフトではできません。その点利便性を追求した他のレセコン(場合によっては不正請求マシンと化す)に比べて使い難い部分は有ります。効率性も劣ります。でも、勝手にやってもないこと算定したり病名をつけずに治療を入力できたりといった無責任な入力ができないソフトなので自分は好きです。紙カルテベースの正しい記載の仕方を知ってる人には、使いづらいということはないですが、それを知らず、今までレセコンに使われてきた人には使いづらいソフトです。
