## What is Iqamah?

You meant to pray. Then you opened your phone.

Iqamah puts a small pause between you and the scroll, until you've prayed.

When you reach for a distracting app during a prayer window, Iqamah meets you
first with one quiet question: "have you prayed?"

HOW IT WORKS

• Choose the apps that pull you in, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, whatever it
  is for you.
• Sort them into two lanes: HARD (the gate holds until you pray) or
  SOFT (snooze for 15 minutes when you really need to).
• During each prayer's window, Iqamah quietly stands in front of those apps.
• Tap to confirm you've prayed, and you're through.
