## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-29

Two new languages: Italian and Malay — IQfez now speaks 10.

THREE WAYS TO PLAY
Category quizzes now let you choose your countdown. Timed is the classic run for full XP. Extra Time gives you 50% more time on every question and earns 75% XP. Timeless removes the countdown entirely and earns half XP. Switch anytime from Settings → Gameplay.

QUESTION DIFFICULTY ON SCREEN
Every category question now shows its level — Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert — as a colour-coded badge next to the question counter.

BROWSE THE OTHER LEAGUES
The tier ladder above the weekly standings is now tappable — open Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond to see who's leading that league this week.

HEARTS COME BACK FASTER
A lost heart now refills every 30 minutes instead of every 2 hours, so a full set of five returns in about two and a half hours rather than ten.

A SMALLER, FASTER APP
Roughly 11 MB trimmed from the download, and artwork now loads during the splash screen so each screen opens ready.

HARDER VERBAL QUESTIONS ACTUALLY GET HARDER
Difficulty now changes how tempting the wrong answers are, not just the label. Every language now has as much verbal material as English.

ALSO FIXED
• Your guest progress survives signing in with Google or Apple.
• Weekly league promotions now always apply.
• "Rate the App" in Settings opens the store listing.
• Long questions fit the screen instead of scrolling.
• Onboarding no longer skips ahead or drops out.

### v1.1.0 — 2026-07-03

Welcome to IQfez 1.1.0!

- New gem store: buy gem packs right in the app, with a limited-time bonus sale.
- Sign in with Google or Apple: save your progress with a single tap (email/password sign-in has been retired).
- Harder, far more varied verbal questions in all 8 languages: trickier analogies, odd-one-out, synonyms and antonyms.
- Richer spatial "projection" puzzles: two new solids and two new question types.
- Reworked weekly leagues: smaller, balanced leagues with fairer promotion and relegation.
- Leaderboards now show each player's equipped Fezzy skin.
- Swipe left and right through onboarding, plus refreshed streak visuals.
- The Android home-screen widget now shows a real weekly-streak preview.

Fixes and polish
- Rewarded ads no longer deny your reward after a full watch.
- Screenshots are now allowed on IQ result and practice summary screens (still blocked during tests).
- No more repeated spatial "projection" questions in a single session.
- Fezzy Says now correctly requires a life to play.
- Various layout and account-deletion fixes.

Thanks for playing — keep your streak alive!
