ميزات الخاتم كانت حلما بخيالي حتى اشتريته من المسجد الأقصى، أنا كفيفة البصر والرجاج بالخاتم مفيد للغاية وظهور الرقم الذي على الخاتم على التطبيق مباشرة خيال، لكن أترك لكم بعض الملاحظات، أرجو الاهتمام أكثر بامكانية الوصول بالتطبيق مع التعليق الصوتي بالأيفون فيحتاج عمل كثير أترك لكم مصادر تعينكم 
يبدو لا يمكنني لصق الروابط هنا لكن يمكنكم البحث عن ذلك إن كنتم لا تعلمون الطريقة، أيضا يضايقني عدم اتصال الخاتم بالتطبيق عندما لا يكون معي نت

I am unable to connect my Zikr Ring Noor to Bluetooth. The ring does not appear in my iPhone Bluetooth list, and it also does not appear when searching from inside the iQIBLA Life app.

I have tried charging the ring, restarting my phone, resetting the ring, checking Bluetooth permissions, reinstalling the app, and searching several times, but the device still cannot be detected. The frustrating part is that it was connected earlier and worked for only about one week before this issue started.

Clearer troubleshooting steps and better support inside the app are needed, especially for users who cannot detect or reconnect their ring.

I would appreciate your immediate support in resolving this issue.

Dear iQibla Developer,

I love your product, but I have a suggestion for a specific 'Tasbih Prayer' (Salat al-Tasbih) mode. This prayer requires exactly 300 repetitions with a specific sequence that is often hard to track manually.

I suggest a 'Tasbih Prayer Preset' with a vibration sequence like this:

1. Start: Vibration after 15 reps (for the first sequence after Surah).
2. Next: Vibration every 10 reps, repeated 6 times (for Ruku, I'tidal, Sujud 1, Sitting, Sujud 2, and Sitting for Rest).
3. Loop: After these 7 steps (Total 75 counts), the cycle automatically resets to the 15-rep start for the next Rakaat.
4. End: This loop runs for 4 Rakaat (Total 300 counts).

Logic Summary: Loop [15 -> 10 -> 10 -> 10 -> 10 -> 10 -> 10] x 4 Rakaat.

This auto-reset feature would be a game-changer for Muslims worldwide to stay focused (khusyu') without worrying about the count. Hope to see this in the next update!

Pls fix the app and software issue, my ring is not connecting. I got my Jood 3 less then 3 weeks ago and all was good until update ruined it all. Now my charging case also not functioning, for some reason charging case keeps powering the ring until fully depleted whereas before it would stop after ring got full charge. Not sure it is related but this is the problems I am having. In the name of God please solve it so we can enjoy our tasbih. Thank you

The iQibla tasbih is not connecting to my phone. When I scan the QR code, it says the QR code is incorrect and asks me to scan another one. I am scanning the exact QR code that came inside the box. Because of this, I cannot connect or use the device properly. Very disappointing experience.

I got this IQIBLA counter 2 weeks ago. It is keeping the track of your reading every day. It had nice duas for morning and evening.  When you use the mobile app. The counter vibrates when the namaz time comes up. To get your city name. Use the location service. It will detect it by default. It shows the accurate time on the counter. It has an option for changing the language. And we can set the numbers on the counter. Suppose if we set on 100. It will vibrates upon the number comes at 100. It has nice size changer. And it has 3 changer for the ring

This is a great app for an awesome ring. There are many options for adding zikr, and it integrates well with our current era of technology and style.
