I've been with them for almost 20 years. Every time I've attempted to get a loan, I've been denied. Despite years, and years, and years of securing my money with them.. Like I get it but IQ denies me, when 50 others approve me..? So no customer loyalty in that regard, but the app is flawless, super easy to use, and the people at IQ are always incredibly friendly. The same message pops up every time “due to security concerns, you’ll have to login using your password.” This is stupid.
