## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Close to Awful

*2022-11-11, version 1.7*

The app requires users to login. I am not sure why the data can’t be held locally on my phone and backed up to iCloud. But nevertheless users are forced to login, and verify their email by receiving and inputting a code. That might not be so bad if it was a one time effort. But the app often logs me out. I used the app for the timer, but it often fails to automatically log exercises, and it doesn’t give any indication whether 2 hours has elapsed since the last exercise. So I will note exercise times on paper and count out the seconds. That’s less frustrating than the app. The instructions are on the website anyway.

### 1/5 — Data lost after update

*2022-04-29, version 1.4*

All past exercise data lost after update plus voice guide to start -10 second period - stop to rest for 3 seconds - followed by restart to repeat the next 2 sessions.

It had been so good - something has gone wrong with the update!!

### 2/5 — Crashes if you want to view previous data

*2025-05-19, version 1.2.2*

The app is basic and records data in the wrong time zone, i.e. if I enter my symptoms on Monday at 11:30pm it thinks it’s Tuesday at 00:30am. It also crashes if you want to view symptom data from a previous WEEK… seems to work for previous DAY and YEAR though?

### 2/5 — Annoying

*2023-04-01, version 1.7*

App doesn’t always save. Drives me mad!

### 2/5 — Would be great if consistent

*2023-03-24, version 1.7*

The app works well only 50% of time. I do an exercise and it keeps failing to save to computer, which mucks up the daily record of exercises.

Really needs sorting out.

### 2/5 — Phantom exercises

*2022-05-09, version 1.4*

App keeps adding extra phantom exercises that I haven’t physically performed.

### 3/5 — Good product but app not working

*2024-03-20, version 1.2.2*

I am unable to open the app for done reason it has stopped working after using it for 6 or 7 weeks. Good product though, has defo helped with my symptoms! Hopefully app will refresh soon!!

### 3/5 — AndyM

*2023-05-31, version 1.7*

The seems to work ok but it is obviously designed for a smart phone with a large screen. This means that the interface does not resize or scroll to accommodate a smaller screen meaning some buttons are not accessible as they are off screen.

### 3/5 — Basic app with some flaws but ok

*2022-04-13, version 1.2*

This app is really basic, the videos don’t shed any more light on technique than the images in the paper manual as they are essentially cartoon stills rather than actual footage of the IQoro in use. The exercise log is very useful - except that both the days of the week and the time zone stay in Swedish when you select English as your language - so if I exercise at 11pm on Tuesday it is logged as Wednesday (which shows as O instead of W on the calendar as hasn’t been translated).

### 5/5 — Really handy app to have.

*2023-07-25, version 1.7*

It does what I need it to do - reminds me to train, times me whilst training and records my training. For any more info you can go to website. Definitely recommend.

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent little app!

*2022-06-05, version 1.5*

Really happy with this app. It easily reminds me when to do, and when I have done, my IQoro training. Also, there is a 10 second train and rest voice guide - which is so helpful - and plenty of information/videos on correct technique. Well done, and thank you for changing my life with this marvellous product!
