## What is iQR Alerts?

iQR Alerts is the companion app for iQR labels (iqr.to): smart QR labels for your keys, bags, luggage, pets and gear.

When someone finds your lost item and scans its label, iQR Alerts tells you right away and lets you talk to them, without ever sharing your phone number or email.

KNOW THE MOMENT IT'S FOUND
• An instant alert every time one of your labels is scanned, with the time and the finder's message.
• One inbox for scans, messages and calls, across all your labels.

ANSWER THE FINDER WITH A REAL CALL
• The finder taps Call on the label's web page, and your iPhone rings like a phone call, even when it's locked.
• Voice or video, with your camera off by default. The finder never sees your number.
• Missed it? The finder can leave a short voice or video message, kept for 30 days.

CHAT, THEN GET IT BACK
• Message the finder in a private thread and agree where to meet.
• Call them back from the chat if they have the app.
• Mark the item as recovered to thank the finder and close the conversation.

YOUR LABELS IN YOUR POCKET
• See every label, how often it's been scanned and when.
• Add family members or friends as alert contacts, so the right person hears about it.
• Quiet hours, custom alert and ring sounds, and Face ID app lock.

FOUND SOMETHING?
• If you found an item with an iQR label, Finder mode lets you follow up with the owner from the app, with no account needed.

SAFE BY DESIGN
• Your phone number and email are never shown to finders.
• Report abuse from any conversation, and block finders. The iQR team reviews every report within 24 hours.
• Delete your account, or your finder data, from Settings at any time.
• No ads and no tracking.

Try it without waiting for a real scan: Settings → Try it out sends you a test alert and a test call.

iQR Alerts is free. You need an iQR account (sign in with Apple, phone, email or Google) and iQR labels from iqr.to.
