Who is IQ:timecard for? • Field staff - provides the employee with all the data and instructions they need at a push of a button. This cuts time, costs and ensures that the employee is giving their full attention to all aspects of the visit. • Office Staff - enables all those behind the scenes to monitor the employees visit, without actually being in attendance. It is the most infuriating system I have ever used. All our visits have to be recorded on IQ that’s when you can actually get into it. Constantly got problems with it. I have deleted the app and reinstalled I don’t know how many times in the last 2 days just to be able to complete my tasks! Incredibly stressful! One star is being generous the way I’m feeling at the minute! ### 1/5 — LD *2025-10-11, version 2.5.66* It keeps on showing the wrong dates it’s frustrating ### 1/5 — Map choices *2024-12-26* You cannot choose which map app you use. Navigation is the default and only supported map app for IQtimecard IOS. it's not convenient. ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-07-01, version 2.5.47* Shocking app. Unlike other apps, you can’t see past visits or future for a service user. The documents are very hard to read when uploaded. Constantly says you have things to sign off before clocking out, even when they are all done. Very slow to update. Changes can take hours to appear. Useless when you have poor reception, it should save to phone and then update when signal improves. It tries to upload everything when you have 1 bar of 3G signal, taking up the majority of the call. Might be cheaper for companies than other platforms but imagine it ends up costing a lot more once you factor in all the problem solving. ### 1/5 — No gestures working woth iPhone *2024-05-22, version 2.5.47* The iPhone gestures don't work with this app, making it frustrating to use. ### 2/5 — Terrible *2024-02-22, version 2.5.43* I previously used ACP I think it was called and that app was so much better. When there is no signal the app continues to buffer meaning you can’t enter in notes or clock out of the visit. You also can’t see the care plan when you have no signal. I now spend my personal time entering client notes. You also can’t add your mileage in. I have no idea why the company I work for decided to use this app. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-10-23, version 2.5.42* Fails to load, spend more time watching the circle of doom turn around than doing a call ! ### 1/5 — Nightmare *2022-01-12, version 2.5.34* Have to use this for work and find it very frustrating, screen totally blank this morning so I have had to delete app and reinstall ( which I have had to do more times than I care to count) it’s rocks from one annoyance to another, what a load of rubbish, we were far better writing log notes ! It seems we are always trying to mend things that aren’t broke ??? Most infuriating that the second you come off it.
