CarPlay support would be awesome. *2025-07-12, version 1.10.1* Customization and tuning options are great. Unfortunately for my use case I can’t use the iOS version as I use CarPlay. Would really love to see some way to make this work with CarPlay. ### 3/5 — Not finished *2025-05-23, version 1.10.1* The app has a nice interface and it’s easy to use but the gauges are incomplete. I only have 1 display option and it doesn’t function as it should. Even though I have complete data in data logging the gauges for MPH and ECT are non functional. It’s isn’t as though it doesn’t have the data obviously since it shows up in data logging it knows the readings. I wish they’d update it and atleast provide the option to modify the gauge displays. ### 4/5 — Awesome, but… *2023-01-12, version 1.10.1* Awesome so far. Only one complaint for the fifth star. Please move the power level switch arrows more towards the middle of the screen and bigger. They’re so small and at the bottom that every time I try to switch the power level I accidentally hit my iPhone window closer bar instead. ### 3/5 — Decent App *2021-12-31, version 1.9.83* Overall the app and module work great, never have any problems connecting or controlling the truck. But since the new iPhones came out, the swipe home feature makes it near impossible to edit gauge format! I always end up swiping home or between apps. Huge power with 150 horse sticks and exhaust + a few other mods. It will not connect sometimes for no reason... Sometimes it's amazingly fast but rarely I'm goina try to get the old style adjustment tool. It's embarrassing when u brag on big power and when it comes to "turn the truck on" it won't connect to turn the lvl up! Even tho it says ur connected to the wifi net work! ### 2/5 — Disappointment *2012-10-17, version 1.8.2* I just opened a Diesel Performance & Repair Shop and bought the Adrenaline which I love and will recommend to anyone but the iQuad app is junk. Every 3-4 days I have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to connect. When it works I like it cause my truck looks like it doesn't have a tuner but when it won't connect I cuss it to no end. I won't recommend the iQuad to anyone. ### 3/5 — Works great but... *2012-09-30, version 1.8.2* It stops working after 45min-1hr of driving and can't reconnect until you shut the truck off, very annoying for long drives were you don't want to stop. The safety settings have to be reset, after you change custom tunes in order for the turbo timer to work again. ### 2/5 — Finicky *2011-10-09, version 1.3* Loses customized settings occasionally, fuel temp is still not available but was promised as a monitored parameter, phone won't charge while running program. It's way too small on a phone but might be nice on an iPad. ### 5/5 — Awesome *2011-05-04, version 1.3* Well they finally got it right and gave us all what we have been asking for! I cannot imagine it gets much better than this. The user interface is silky smooth and easy to use and has tons of options, the new screens are what the original app needed. I would like to see additional data logging and tracking but, after talking to Quadzilla I think that will happen before too long. This app is OK the gauges work great, but the app is a little buggy and needs some more custom settings like switching to metric. Also can't download the beta tunes available on the website directly with the app. Still I'm very pleased. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY! *2025-01-21, version 1.10.1* Had the product for about 6 months. System is extremely glitchy. App has bugs. Customer service is terrible. Gone through two box’s and two EGT probes and going on the third of each and a whole new wiring system. That’s if THEY deem it faulty. Otherwise you get the old garbage back. EGT prob glitches out first. “For me” Doesn’t read or in my case now it’s reading in reverse. But they have never seen that 🙄. Ok. Once that happens the whole system is garbage. Everything starts glitching. Not matter what I’ve done. Unplugging, plugging back in or undownloading then redownloading the system. I’ve bought two different tablets with both android and Apple and neither changed. All reading are off. Timing is a big one. Never sets right. Even at idle. Which I believe is actually causing issues with my truck. Boost sits at 47 “lbs. all of this with o% throttle. The customer service is just as bad. Call call call. Called more times then I can count. It’s like pulling teeth to get an answer. Leave all the voice mails you want. If you don’t actually get a person they will not call you back. They are on vacation supposedly “for two months straight”. Everything is your responsibility if you want anything done as-well. Responsibility is never them. It’s not their product it’s the install or your vehicle or you did something even though I had it professionally installed and have pictures and videos of everything that it was doing and both tablets claiming the app has a big and need to be updated. All of which I sent them. Way more I could be saying here. Basically point is don’t waste your time and your hard earned money. Unless you feel like wasting it and possibly causing major issues to your vehicle. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY! ### 1/5 — disappointed with quadzilla *2024-05-11, version 1.10.1* so far, I'm totally disappointed with Quad zilla entirely. didnt Work right in the truck from day one. And this app is far from where it should be. Think I won't mess with it. If you don’t spend the time learning how to customize your tunes to your truck, you will probably be disappointed. This isn’t for those that want plug, play and forget. Only thing I don’t like about the app is that every time I disconnect the iQuad from my phone, next time I connect it defaults to default tune instead of my last customized tune. The app works perfectly and the trucks I’ve tuned have such good smoke control and power, best tuner on the market! ### 5/5 — Much better than before. *2021-10-22, version 1.9.83* I purchased a Quadzilla Adrenaline several years ago and had nothing but problems. It would never connect or disconnect and leave me stuck with half finished tunes on my truck. I ended up returning it and going with an Edge tuner. I recently changed some parts on my truck and the Edge wasn’t capable of handling the changes so I decided to give the Quad another try. Thankfully they seemed to have worked a lot of bugs out. Been using it for several weeks and it hasn’t lost connection once. This tuner truly does give you more control over every aspect of the fueling and timing. That being said you kind of need to know what you are doing. I have a friend who has been working with these since day one and knows them very well and has helped me build a base tune to work with. Hoping I can learn more as I go. ### 5/5 — Surprisingly satisfied!!! *2020-12-29, version 1.9.68* I’ve done hours and days of research looking at tuners and company’s and how to videos to see how the majority of them work and react to my truck(2000 Ram 2500 Cummins). I made my decision and will never change it out. I’ve had my tuner for a while now and never thought I could get this train in stock with 35’s to run as great as it does. No more getting passed by passenger buses and it’s clean no smoke unless you change the settings. Still learning the settings but it’s a great tuner. Been running it for almost a year and love it. I say surprisingly satisfied bec I didn’t think my 7,500lb truck could move as good as it does. Not because of the tuner. The tuner woke it up. Gives endless custom tuning capability to Cummins 24V VP44 powered trucks. Displays gauges and other vital engine parameters on your phone. Must be used with the QuadZilla iQuad module which syncs with your phone over its own WIFI network.
