If you only want to design words on a background, this is the app to have!  Dozens upon dozens of background and font choices.  ALL FREE!  Easy interface. Add multiple text boxes. The only feature missing is the ability to add your own photos as background, but that’s minimal compared to functionality of this simple, wonderful app.

You can add your own photos as backgrounds in iQuotes. Just tap the ”+” icon — the app will ask for photo access permission. If permission is denied, you can enable it manually in your device’s Settings under App Permissions.
Once enabled, choose your photo and enjoy creating quotes! 😊
