It doesn't anymore. *2026-06-09* The update that happened about 2 weeks ago made this app absolutely horrible to use. I recieved push notifications telling me to fill out my info for the day when I already had (this did not happen prior to that update.) Further, it seems like it doesn't "remember" all of the info that it should. I will update that I [did X medical thing that happens once/week] and where it previously would not ask me about said thing for another week, now it continues to ask as if it had forgotten my previous entires. ### 1/5 — Developers need a new job *2026-06-08* The app doesn’t open. At all. Worked for a couple months ok, would take a long time to load but at least it would eventually get you there. Now it doesn’t work at all. I’m supposed to do daily entries, it’s one of the criterias to get paid for this study. But it doesn’t work. Meaning you’re basically doing the study for free. Maybe that’s the goal tho idk ### 1/5 — Worst medical app *2026-06-04* I genuinely do not like this app. It’s constantly crashing, there’s always bugs in the server, and most of the time your things won’t send. The help centers do not help and they have some of the worst attitudes ever. It got to the point where me and my clinic were both being ignored by the company. I personally do not think this is an app worth using for any study. Also if you do contact the help center, try to refrain from talking to Megha M. ### 1/5 — Iqvia scribe review *2026-06-04* The app works terribly. The first few weeks of the study, it was super quick, never took longer than 2 minutes to load. Fast forward a couple months, it doesn’t load at all whatsoever. I have to complete daily diaries, and I haven’t been able to do them at all. I delete and reinstall everyday, and it makes me sign in and it stays at the loading screen for a long time, and then takes me back to login again. I had it loading for 2 hours, and it still never logged in. ### 1/5 — Stupid *2026-05-18* I have a clinical study and i HAVE to submit my diary every day. But every day theres another issue. It either never loads- loads and takes me back to the login screen and repeats, or i put in all my information and the submit button doesnt work. My doctors office gave me a different device to use and i still have the same damn problems. Really just how difficult is it to make this app run properly??? Programming this does not seem difficult, please fix all these bugs. From the reviews it looks like absolutely nothing has changed for at least a year. ### 1/5 — Updated and now I can’t log in *2026-05-16* The app automatically updated yesterday and now I cannot login at all. It does not recognize my email or phone number to reset my password. I don’t know what to do. ### 1/5 — Extraordinarily frustrating app *2024-01-06* This app is extremely flakey. It can take tens of minutes to log in. If at all. Most times the app just hangs. Zero feedback. The UX is terrible. I encourage IQVIA to invest in patient experience. The poor experience significantly impacts survey compliance. This app is an embarrassment. ### 1/5 — Never works *2023-03-28* This app was great when I first started for the first few months. Now it either takes forever to load, literally waiting 20 minutes, or just never loads. Used to be a quick 2 second thing. Not anymore. This app is total junk now and the time it takes to do the entries isn’t even worth it now. ### 1/5 — The company lied to me *2022-03-25* I was told I would receive a total of 500.00 worth of gift cards after I complete their asthma study the study has now ended and they only gave me one gift card worth 125.00 now getting the run around for the rest of the gift cards, I was told they have to see if I’m entitled to them. They just used me for my information. ### 2/5 — Slow. So slow my phone goes black while waiting *2026-06-30* Then I have to start over. And sometimes when it’s spinning and spinning after I have finished the survey, that my phone will come out. Then when I go back in there later, it’ll say that I did two of the four surveys and not all four of them. ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — This app is very easy for me to use *2020-10-30* The app tells me when I need to do my study diary and it’s very easy to use. ### 5/5 — Never submitted!!! *2020-10-30* I have been doing the daily diary for 7 days, submitting it and being told it was submitted. Today I got a call from the clinic saying they had received NONE of them! This is a serious issue for an app that’s supposed to track testing. TWO DAYS LATER These guys reached out to me and spent almost 48 hours working with me to figure out why my data wasn’t sending and how to get it to the study. Now another week after it’s fixed. Took my password and just spins and spins forever. Not the best for consistency working.
