The app is easy to navigate, trades are processed smoothly, and the overall experience feels reliable. Fees are very reasonable and slippage (i think that’s the correct term) is very good compared to other exchanges and definitely better value than when buying crypto directly from one’s private wallet. But I’ve just been prohibited from transferring USDC to my personal Tangem wallet. The reason — for my security. News Flash! 1. Financial businesses should only be responsible for their business: providing a simple, secure and efficient service. 2. I’m an adult and responsible to conduct my own affairs, until a court determined that I’m unfit to do so. 3. You will not get it here. They really don’t care and will not help you in any way. But they will happily take your money. The log in hardly works, and the verification process is the worst. And they won’t help you. I gave it 3 months of investments and now deleting. Even if could auto buy few times a day would be good, once a day not quite enough to smooth out daily price fluctuations. But once I wanted to deposit money, turns out there's a 3.5% fee and no way to make a bank transfer. I have tried support on the app, messsged on Facebook and emailed, hours have gone by and nothing!!! I use more than ten exchange apps which I never had any issues with except IR (because I never did anything wrong). Sometimes they overthink about customers and come with weird conclusions. Anyone questions this review I’m happy to provide whole message thread with them. ### 1/5 — Broken login process *2024-12-14, version 7.0.2* Continues to tell me that the confirmation code it has just sent me is no longer valid. ### 1/5 — Withdrawal rates TOOO HIGH *2024-12-13, version 7.0.2* The withdrawal rates on this exchange for bitcoin is BTC0.0002 which equals around $30AUD just to move the money to another wallet!!! INSANE!!!! The exchange fees should be in fiat currency so the fee doesn’t go through the roof when crypto goes up. It is also confusing having to research the withdrawal rate for a specific crypto, as the rates are different depending on what crypto you send. Sometimes it’s 5¢. Sometimes $1. SOMETIMES $30. Depending on the currency. Change it to one fiat based withdrawal fee platform-wide. I won’t be using this exchange till then as it’s too expensive. ### 1/5 — Delays in withdraw *2024-11-28, version 7.0.2* they guarantee withdraws in 2-3 business days, I requested on a Monday, it is already Friday, no money so far. Terrible customer service, replying always the same and not provide solutions. ### 1/5 — They are not stable *2024-06-14, version 6.0.4* They are not stable ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-04-07, version 4.1.7* Literal scam I tried to withdraw my funds and they ask you for like 5 different id documents and when you submit it they said “selfie wasn’t clear enough” avoid this app at all costs. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work! *2024-03-27, version 4.1.6* App stopped working as it cannot update itself. When you try to update the app it won’t work. Can you please look into this issue and fix it? ### 1/5 — More hassle to use than website *2024-01-07, version 4.1.1* App has a lot less features than the website, but sure that can happen if you are building a native app from scratch. The worst part is that it’s harder to even log in - often it will say invalid credentials even when it’s correct (seems to happen when you “paste” OTP) instead of typing it out. The login fields don’t bring up iOS auto-fill feature which means if you use strong passwords you need to manually open your iOS password manager to copy over the login and password. And even after you log in successfully, the next day you open the app and authenticate using Face ID, it will reliably fail and say “We couldn't log you in using Face ID, please login again.” EVERY SINGLE TIME, and for forces you to manually log in again. And since it doesn’t automatically pick up on saved logins when trying to fill in login form, the result is you have an app that has less features than the website, that is a lot more hassle to log in than the website. So it just doesn’t make sense to use this app… Guys, it’s been like this forever - I never write app review and I was frustrated to a point that I’m writing this. please fix it ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Far and Away Best Australian Exchange *2026-08-06, version 15.3.0* Used IR for 2 years now.
