They require you to pay for a subscription to receive security notifications which is weird. We are usingthe App because of our building security system. ### 2/5 — Sky Command App needs attention Urgently *2024-10-16, version 2.4.1* App is very handy way to keep any eye on the system when your away however app is very slow and laggy takes ages to load up and ages when selecting doors or inputs/outputs also push notifications are slow to come through when event happens ### 2/5 — Poor Apple App *2024-09-14, version 2.4.1* Great security system but very poor application for Apple iPhone. Shortcuts are hit and miss. ### 2/5 — Needs a revamp *2024-02-15, version 2.3.18* This system is quiet good in many aspects but the app really lets it down. Here some things I’ve experienced 1: delayed notifications, I’ve had had many occasions where minutes even hours have passed and then I’ll get a push notification. Contacted installer who spoke to inner range they said to “reboot” worked fine for a day or two and comes back. 2: lack of responsiveness, this drives me insane, click arm, nothing happens or short delay and you end up hitting multiple times. Really feels like a hybrid app with its lack of response but needs native app responsiveness, I understand it’s communicating with cloud services but that should be a local action first. 3: recently experienced a case where the inner range servers where unreliable, this rendered the system unusable, which is just a scary thought, how this can’t function on a local lan and then relay to cloud so that everything functions. 4: delay in the reed sensors showing up in the app, blows my mind I can’t find these and after about 10-20 seconds they show up, again why isn’t this a local lan thing? An example of how this could work is the same as we integrated our roller door into this system, it is instant when pushed, why can’t the reeds be treated like this? For such pricey system the lack of the above is surprising and had I known these things before I would likely have not moved systems. The above is on a enterprise network with gigabit connections. ### 3/5 — Shortcuts *2023-09-25, version 2.3.13* Straight forward app and once setup, easy to use. However since the iOS17 update, the shortcut to arm systems (through the shortcut app and Siri) and CarPlay are not recognizing inputs. It’s a minor inconvenience, but would be a better app with these functions working. ### 1/5 — App not working on Apple 16.4 *2023-03-29, version 2.3.1* Can you please fix your app to work on the Apple update 16.4 ### 3/5 — Arming/disarming *2023-01-05, version 2.3.1* Can you please add a feature where you can arm all areas at once and disarm at once instead of individually arming/disarming. ### 1/5 — Pin and Biometric Login doesn’t work *2022-08-26, version 2.3.1* The app is not saving my password, pin and biometric login always says incorrect password. It is frustrating having to retype my password every time. It just says cancelled. I have selected it many times but nothing appears on my watch. Very frustrating as we use it as a multi user system. All of the glitches mentioned by others I’m experiencing also. It is the glitchiest app I’ve ever tried to use. Communication between the security system, the T4000, iPhones and iPads result in all the usual can’t login messages and no real time data shows up in the app, if you can get in. It takes sometimes 20 seconds for the App to register finger pressing icons. It sometimes simply does not connect at all. Developer was contacted which had no effect at all. ### 1/5 — Incompetent *2024-07-31, version 2.4.1* This app is about as useful as a sunroof on a submarine. Constant crashes, constantly not allowing access to things it needs (and should!) do. It feels like it was a prototype that was created and never improved upon, with all the bugs in the world gnawing away at it. It’s a shame I have to use it, it hurts my soul every time I have to open it. I’m wishing for any other system to take its place. Seriously. ### 1/5 — Latest update crashed all the features I use *2024-06-12, version 2.4.1* The latest update has messed up the shortcut feature I had setup in iOS, as well as CarPlay features. Me and other employees used these features multiple times per day, PLEASE FIX! ### 1/5 — Unreliable and buggy *2024-06-02, version 2.4.0* This latest update has broken CarPlay (which was the best feature of the app) . Also this and all previous versions claim to be logged in but they don’t show the correct status of the alarm at all times. What an amazing system all controlled from the app and even utilising Siri ### 5/5 — Glitches in latest update *2023-09-04, version 2.3.9* There are som glitches in the app since the last update was released. These include having inputs showing as active when they are actually sealed, alarm areas showing as disarmed but actually being armed / vice versa, push notification saying night arm was successfully armed when it was actually full arm selected, and the loading of doors/areas has slowed a bit. Thank you ### 5/5 — Best alarm app on the market *2023-01-06, version 2.3.1* SkyCommand with our inception panel is the best combo I’ve ever used, being a security installer SkyCommand has made mine and my customers lives so much easier 👌🏻 ### 5/5 — Works great and easy to use *2017-04-09, version 1.0* I got my security installer to set it up for me and it's a breeze to use. Log in, go to controlling my areas and click the button... simple. I can control my alarm system from my phone now and I've got this feature set up where i get a notification on my phone when an alarm happens too.
