## What is IR Planner?

IR Planner is a reference tool for interventional radiologists, neurointerventionalists, and vascular specialists: device compatibility checking and EVAR stent-graft sizing, built on published manufacturer IFU data.

DEVICE COMPATIBILITY - FREE
- Search 400+ neurovascular and endovascular devices across 12 categories (sheaths, catheters, microcatheters, wires, coils, stents, stent retrievers, balloons, liquid embolics and more) from 35+ manufacturers.
- Build coaxial stacks to any depth: nest devices and get an instant verdict at every junction (DOES NOT FIT, TIGHT, GOOD FIT, LOTS OF SPACE) with exact clearance in thousandths of an inch.
- Combined-diameter checks for side-by-side devices sharing one lumen.
- Safety advisories on top of the fit math: DMSO compatibility for liquid embolics, formally validated device pairings, and deployment-reliability warnings.

EVAR SIZING
- Select a graft platform (Medtronic Endurant, Gore EXCLUDER, Cook Zenith, Terumo Aortic) and enter nine anatomy measurements.
- Get a recommended component list: main body and iliac limbs with graft diameters, lengths and required sheath size, plus IFU-criteria checks and clear flags when anatomy falls outside the IFU.
- Built-in warning where measurement conventions differ between brands (inner vs outer wall).
