## What is Ir Transit?

Ir Transit helps you save regular HSL routes (Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa in Finland) and check the next departure quickly.

Create a route by choosing a validated start station, end station, and transport mode. The app saves the route on your device, then uses Digitransit to find the next matching HSL journey when you need it.

For routes with several possible lines, you can optionally choose a specific tram, bus, metro, or train line from the saved route detail. If no line is chosen, the app keeps the usual unfiltered route matching.

Current scope:

- HSL routes only
- Train, tram, metro, and bus modes
- Optional line filtering for saved routes
- Saved routes stored on this device
- Live departure data from Digitransit

No account is required.
