Many third party apps have this feature. But I'm very happy to find Radio Italia app that tells you name of currently playing (and previous 5) songs. Also, there's the ability to know lyrics of songs (if supported)... Add recording and this would be perfect! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Used to be Fantastic *2025-04-22, version 4.4.10* For the past month or so the app has been very problematic as it keeps cutting the signal constantly after playing for a few seconds. I’ve noticed the same issue while listening directly from the website. Strangely enough, while listening through a third app, I have no such problem. I have always been very happy with this radio station. Great music and good hosts - and not too many ads. 5 stars otherwise. ### 1/5 — What happened Radio Italia? Cuts out after a few minutes. *2023-03-30, version 4.4.2* App was good for a few years (2019-2022) but now is useless as it will only play for 5-10 minutes before cutting out. Can you fix this problem? Che è successo Radio Italia? Per molti anni tutto è andato bene ma ora dopo 5 o 10 minuti l’App persa la connessione. La configurazione dello schermo e' errata e non si può ascoltare la musica live perché il tasto on Air non e' cliccabile.
