IRAO offers our customers the mobile app with fast and easy access to our services in order to make your life easier. The app allows you to view your active insurance policies, submit health insurance claims and get reimbursement, request guarantee letters. Mobile App services are free of charge. App services require internet connection. The app is in two languages: Georgian and English. In case of any queries or issues when using the application, contact us at (0322) 949 949. Download the app, go through a simple registration process or log in with your ID number and password if you are already registered in order to get started. The application is only for IRAO Insurance Policyholders, who have active insurance policies in the moment. What is the point of insurance if you don't use it? We only had outpatient expenses, and even then, only half of the limit. And then, it says to clean your ears twice a year with an air flosser, but you only clean your ears with an air flosser once. They also lie and didn't reimburse you for several tests that were previously reimbursed.
