We were insured for two years, and after two years, they refused to extend it, saying that you have high expenses. What is the point of insurance if you don't use it? We only had outpatient expenses, and even then, only half of the limit. And then, it says to clean your ears twice a year with an air flosser, but you only clean your ears with an air flosser once. They also lie and didn't reimburse you for several tests that were previously reimbursed. In short, it's an unreliable company.
